JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking talented, driven individuals to serve as Project Manager @ zeapl. You will be working closely with a group of smart, dedicated professionals across various teams including Web development,
Content Management and Digital Marketing to help our company deliver high quality releases to our customer base. You will work closely with all the teams. Your goal is to help management deliver top
notch releases.
Managing the design and build of IT products or services using agile management techniques will be your main focus as an agile project manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- This role will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of requests ensuring appropriate level of urgency
is given.
- Responsible for allocating and handling the tasks properly so as to ensure optimum workforce utilization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage business operations and keep teams engaged and motivated.
- Must be able to set an example for employees.
- Monitor tasks and project progress and handle issues.
- Provide delivery of projects on time and quality service.
- People management - Interacting effectively with employees and prioritizing meetings.
- Interacting with team leads to identify hiring needs and prepare job descriptions & requirements.
- Utilize your professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company.
- Developing and managing relationships with internal teams
- Successfully overseeing multiple, concurrent projects
- Holding review meetings to monitor progress of the projects as per schedule, ensuring timely completion and delivery of the projects.
- Demonstrate the curiosity to learn and operate in a new domain and organizational culture.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Perform as an agile thought-leader, constantly improving how we deliver, championing a positive culture and fostering agile frameworks.
- Defining, communicating, implementing and monitoring quality standards on all project deliverables

- The candidate must have several years of management experience in accordance with company requirements and a record of successfully leading teams.
- The individual must be able to demonstrate solid problem solving skills.
- The person should also possess excellent mentoring skills to effectively develop personnel.
- Highly organized and able to deal with a dynamic changing environment.
- 3+ years Project Management, preferably in an Operations organization.
- Familiarity with Digital Marketing, Digital Communications, Web Development and Content Writing will be a plus.
