Intellectual Property Rights

While Zeapl.ai services has taken all the precautions as not to violate the Copyright / IPR however if you believe that content of Zeapl.ai services has violated any of your copyright or other intellectual property right, please write to us at legal@zeapl.com

Pl. enclose the following with your complaint:

Explaining the copyrighted work or other intellectual property, mentioning the material that you claim to have been infringed, it's location and URL (if available);
Information that would enable us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address;
Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property right alleged to be infringed;
Declaration by you, under penalty of perjury, that the above information contained in your communication is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of copyright or other intellectual property right.
Declaration by you to the effect that you believe in good faith that the use of the infringing material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;

Your notice with the above information to be effective should be sent to our address / details mentioned above, for notice of claims of infringement of copyright and intellectual property rights.

Please take note that if you knowingly misrepresent that any material or activity is infringing, you may be subject to liability under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act.

Anti Spam Policy

Zeapl.ai has a no tolerance spam policy. We provides omni channel communication platform that enables users to send communications to others. Users must not use this facility to send unsolicited, bulk or indiscriminate messages, whether or not for commercial purposes. The Terms and condition of use are available as www.zeapl.ai/Terms. Zeapl.ai actively monitors large import lists and communications going to a large number of contacts. Any customer found to be using Zeapl.ai Platform for spam will be immediately cut-off from use of the product. If you know of or suspect any violators, please notify us immediately at legal@zeapl.com
