• By visiting the website and using the software or the information contained on the website, the user is agreeing to the terms and conditions detailed here under and/or as may be amended from time to time.
• The Visitor/User to the website hereby agrees to enter into this User Agreement (this "Agreement") regarding the use of the services on the website "www.zeapl.com", or on any other application, link as may be available on the website while using the website on personal computers, or on mobile devices using operating systems such as Android, IOS or Windows, or any other messenger application such as Whatsapp, telegram etc. (collectively, the "Platform").
• The User further agrees that the terms and conditions contained herein shall be applicable and binding upon the User as against the Licensor, Operator, Owner, Partners, Assignee, Licensee of the software.
• The Terms and Conditions contain binding legal obligations to which User shall be bound upon usage of the Services. The access or use of this Platform is expressly subject to unconditional acceptance of these Platform Use Terms and Conditions by the User, and any access or use of any portion of the Platform constitutes your acceptance to be bound by the Use Terms and Conditions. • use the Platform in a manner which is contrary to law, or would serve to restrict, inhibit or have a negative or damaging effect upon us or any other user;
• use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Platform;
• adapt, translate, modify, decompile, disassemble, remove, or reverse engineer any software, applications, programs or devices used in connection with the Platform;

The user expressly understands and agrees that in no event shall zeapl or its corporate affiliates/assignees be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect, incidental, collateral consequential, special or exemplary damages, or any damages for loss of profits, interruption of business, loss of programs or other data, or loss of use, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether lmg has been advised of or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the website / app / service / , or (b) any other matter relating to the service / app / website or its content, regardless or whether any of the foregoing is determined to constitute a fundamental breach or failure of essential purpose.

• your service upon Zeapl, a court or governmental order to produce a person or record in connection with a legal or equitable action or matter to which we are not a party.

You hereby release and forever discharge the Indemnities in connection with any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission of this Website; and technical, network, telephone, communications, computer hardware or software malfunctions or errors of any kind.

You agree to comply with all local laws and rules including, without limitation, laws governing the Internet, data, email, Intellectual Property and privacy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the country in which you reside and/or work.

The terms and conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

We may assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise hypothecate our rights under the terms of this Agreement in our sole discretion. If any provision of the terms of this Agreement is held or made invalid, the invalidity does not affect the remainder of the terms of this Agreement. We reserve all rights not expressly granted in the terms of this Agreement.
